Bobby Bryant was born in Richmond, Indiana on May 29, 1980, but was raised in Clinton, Tennessee by his mother Cindy Bryant. He was also the older brother of Jerry Bryant and David Bryant and without their dad being in the picture, he played the father role a lot to them. Bobby was gifted his first real acoustic guitar for his 8th birthday and bought his first electric guitar when he was in Junior High. Around this time, he also began playing bass. As a left-handed player, and being in a small town, he was unable to find a left-handed bass so he began to play his right handed bass upside down, just like Jimi Hendrix did on guitar. Growing up in a rock and roll family, where the likes of Headbangers Ball was on tv, the height of MTV music, and his mother busting him out of school to go from time to time to go to a rock concert, which was frowned upon by others (Momma Bryant rules!), Bobby found what would be his main music influences with the likes of Megadeth, The Scorpions, KISS, Aerosmith, Slaughter, Trixter, Child's Play, Vixen, Guns N Roses, Def Leppard, Tesla, and Metallica. He started his first band Ominous Fear, but shortly changed the name to Mind Pollution in 1992. The band played shows around the Tennessee area, released an album called 'Future's Holding,' but moved the band to Michigan after High School in 1998 to try to make more of a name for themselves. Mind Pollution split up in 2001, and he began the band Leviticus before creating the band Summer Dying later that year. The band recorded two records, 'Beyond The Darkness Within' & 'One Last Taste Of Temptation,' played constantly opening up for huge national acts, and did a couple of US tours. In 2003, he moved to Phoenix, Arizona alongside his long-time friend Jason to be with his mother and his brothers and began playing in a couple of bands called In Absentia and Lapse Of Irony. Out of those bands came his next band Wynterborne whom had a lot of success in the Phoenix scene including two more records, 'Dreams and Disposition' and 'Anatomy of the Soul,' but he left the band in 2010. Bobby was set on being done with music, but his brothers started a new band called Wrath Upon Eden and he agreed to be a part of the group, especially when the band was recruiting one of his best friends Moses Lucero to play guitar, and already had a fantastic drummer Vinnie Espinosa in the group. Wrath Upon Eden played a few shows together and enjoyed being on stage together. Unfortunately, the band went on hiatus after 2011 and never played on stage again, however, Bobby did end up going to massage therapy school with his brother David, both graduating! He also met his fiancé Nicole and became a wonderful step father to her son Carmine. Bobby passed away on January 18, 2017 and it left what will be forever a hole in the hearts of his loved ones, family, friends, and fans. Thank you for being in all of our lives Bobby Lee Bryant. We miss you dearly.

Jason Barnes & Bobby Bryant met in the early 90's went to school together, worked together, lived together, and were in bands Mind Pollution and Wynterborne together. They were the best of friends. Jason was very close to the entire Bryant family, not just Bobby. The Bryant Brothers gave Jason the moniker of "Bryant Brother #4" because of how much time they spent together and how much they loved Jason. He was a very talented musician. He was an amazing drummer, a phenomenal singer, and a really good guitarist. More importantly, Jason was a beautiful human being and absolutely hilarious.
Say hi to Bobby for us Jason. We know you two are already rocking in the heavens above. We love you so much.
Bobby's favorite animal was the elephant. After Bobby passed away, his brother Jerry went through all of the elephants that Bobby collected over the years and selected this elephant and named him Colossus Juggernaut after Bobby's favorite X-Men character. Colossus sits comfortably on Jerry's EVH 5150 at home, goes to every band practice and is at every Wrath Upon Eden show, mostly in the middle Dominick's drum kit.
